we had friends over from church and had a nice night with them. Chicken in orange & whisky and then the prune and brandy cake (see previous blog post) and a couple of bottles of wine.
Saturday we did coffee morning at church with our friend Rhoda then we did different things in the afternooon. Mike helped some friends with felling a tree and I went to the Cotswolds. Unfortunately The Marshmallow cafe in Moreton in Marsh was closed for a few weeks :( Very sad as it is lovely there.
Yesterday we went to dinner at a couple's house (D&A) and it was gorgeous, so nice to be cooked for - what a treat!
